This from the Great Carousel Barn on the Coney Island Boardwalk. This carved horse is everyone's favorite, but ya can't ride it. She's an original "1901". Dedicated to Civil War Vets. Many of whom were still very much around when she was first installed.
We have to make do with the others.
Nice, and almost as vintage.
