My friend Julie just said she's reluctantly taking her Christmas tree down. Dead Christmas trees always make me so sad. Very sad. It means the ending of when we at least 'try' to be kind to each other,...now back to normal static.
I remember years ago I put up a tree, a small one, in the News Room of the radio station I was for so long with. The crew loved it so much it stayed up for Seven Years,...with a cleaning every few months, and a restringing, and re-decorating every year.
'But it stayed up!
