This from a year ago today.
Two figures Grief, and History in front of the violated Capitol Building. The enormity of this assault is settling in. Becoming coherent. Real. A rogue President sent a violent mob to attack the Capitol to overturn an election to keep himself in power. Some of them had intent to execute elected officials including the Vice President. We are a nation of laws not men. Our laws via the vote removed a rouge head of state and now repairs the damage. One was far easier than the other.
