More Good News.
A friend just posted that he's down because it gets dark so soon now, and that the "Solstice" is coming, and with it the Sun.
Well yes, but then there's this...
Solstice just means the heat, and humidity that everyone seems to love so much is coming back. The warm/hot temperatures last up to six to seven months now.
It used to be three to four.
It's going to continue spreading. Spring as a recognizable season is mostly gone. We often now go direct from winter to summer. Recall the years where it was in the high 80'sf in April even late March. It's November however here in NYC the temps have been in the 60'sf, and 70's or more.
Today the "21st!" of Nov. it finally got chilly...did you notice?
Last year it was 71f on Christmas eve in Vermont! as Bernie pointed out. So no enjoy the few cool days we still have, and put up with the early darkness. These are the only remaining relics of when the earth still functioned as it's supposed to.
This is a sad tragic slow-motion early extinction of our, and many other species. Most in their day to day lives hardly notice or care.
